Combining the face to face learning with systematic resources means you can reinforce what has been taught, and get more Value from it. You can also give your team a chance to understand and apply the ideas/facts before meeting with the trainer or coach to learn how they specifically will apply them. This makes best use of the time spent with the coach, and gives greatest insight to the learner.
